“ The Journey “
I’m behind the curtains. I hear the crowd screaming.
I felt more nervous than I did in the class,
I feel the sweat running down my face.
The music starts and I have Keahn and Ben by my side.
I run onto the stage and high five Quinn, Lachie, Kiah and Ryusei.
I look at the light and it was as bright as a lighting bolt!
Then the girls come on and
the boys went onto the lower bit of the stage. I could feel the
beat under the lower bit of the stage.
As we went to do the Salsa step I was nervously
awaiting my partner. The music finishes and the crowd
went wild. We briskly walked to the back of the stage
and watched the cast do their final words.
After that we sang one last song “We Are the World.”
